If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your purchases ( replica designer shoes for these reasons(wrong items,size ,quality problems,or damaged during shipping),please contact us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be instructed where to return and how to retrun your bags through emails. Before returning, please kindly send us pictures of the defective items to allow us to validate the fact. Once we have validated that it is a defective item, we will provide you with a shipping address to return the bags.
Moreover,the shipment fare is charged at your end when you return your designer bags back to us by express and then provide us a tracking number.
In such cases, we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you, therefore, unfortunately, we cannot pay the shipment fare for your returned goods. Refund or replacement will be made in the same procedure in which payment was received (ie. Refunded on your credit card) and may take up to 7-10 business days after receipt of the returned bags
Exchange/return products instruction:

1. Within 7 business days of arrival your request.
2. Please provide the following information
a. Your full name and address
b.The PI Number
c.The date of receiving goods.
d. The list of the designer bags to be exchanged.
e. The reason why the designer bags are being returned.
3. Upon receipt of your request, our Customer Service Department will provide you with RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) number. This RMA number should be referred to for any future correspondence involving this return.
4. Once you receive this RMA, please ship back your package to the return address indicated on the RMA.
5. Please email us with a tracking number of your return
6. As soon as we receive your return package, our Shipping Department will process your replacement and you will receive a new tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.
Please kindly keep in mind that you purchased replicas, and not genuine bags! Although our bags are 99% exactly similar to the originals, there are still some minor differences. Otherwise we would advertise genuine bags!
Please kindly note that to exchange the replica bag you will need to ship them back on your expense with a courier.
